When To Arrive
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, and getting settled.

Late Arrivals
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or later, will forfeit your appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid the full appointment fee to be billed to the reserving credit card. We can be reached either by phone or email if you need to reschedule.

For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

We welcome your constructive feedback! You can email us at pediworx@gmail.com or speak with us in person. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.

Cell Phones
We want Pediworx to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside.

Please feel free to tip your service provider if you feel they provided you with exceptional service.

Forms Of Payment Accepted
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks or Discover card.

Product Returns Or Exchanges
All product returns must be within 30 days.  A store credit will be issued for opened products and a full refund will be issued for unopened products.

Children under 8 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service and remain in common areas. Children under 8 are not allowed in the salon at any time.
